Inks

Here is all my artwork that I never go around to coloring or looked better in black and white

How It's Done - Old Process

After sketching, I scan the sketch into my computer.  I lighten the picture and print it out in black white.  I use technical pens of varying sizes to get varying thicknesses of line.  Then I am done, but for more information check out my tutorial (careful it is a large file).

How It's Done - New Process

I do my sketching in Photoshop using a brush with variable opacity and fixed size.  I use a layer affect to turn it blue and do my inking on top of that layer.  I ink using a combination of a hard black brush with variable size and paths using the pen tool.

Future Projects

I draw rather sporadically (it's not called abandoned lines for nothing), but am up for suggestions and/or commissions, just email me.  I like to ink most of my good drawings so look for this section to get bigger quickly.
